Hiking French Valley

The French Valley is perfect for nature lovers, eager to hike in extreme conditions accompanied by beautiful landscapes of Torres del Paine National Park. Description

• Price: CLP $125,000 per person (September to April)
• Start Time: Between 06:15 and 06:45 a.m., at your accommodation.
• Return Time: Between 9:00 and 9:30 p.m., at your accommodation.
• Duration: Approximately 12 hours.
• Includes: Service of a certified bilingual local guide + transportation + walking sticks.
• Cancellation or rescheduling policy: 72 hours.

Recommendations:

• Wear synthetic and warm clothing to be able to put the waterproof suit on top, sunglasses, sunscreen, and spare clothing.
• Bring a water bottle.

Excursion

After 2 hours of travel, we will arrive at the Pudeto sector, where we will start our journey by boarding the catamaran, which will take us to the Paine Grande refuge for this excursion. Arriving at the Paine Grande refuge, we will begin the trek towards the Valle del Francés, following the northern shore of Lake Pehoé, with a view of the Cuernos del Paine. We will walk along the trail that belongs to the W Circuit, which is the intermediate vertical section of this route.

In 3 hours and 30 minutes, we will reach the Francés Viewpoint where we will appreciate the Hoja, Espada, and Fortaleza hills.

Be careful with the wind, with falls, with not getting too cold, and with not letting papers and garbage fly away.
