When making a reservation on our website using a credit or debit card, you will be directed to the selected payment provider’s website, which will ask for your card details and passwords in a secure environment.

We will never ask for your credit or debit card information or any kind of passwords via telephone, email, online chat, or WhatsApp.

Please read our terms and conditions before using any of the services offered on our website or in our office. Anyone who uses the services provided by Lili Patagonicos, having read, understood, and accepted the terms and conditions, agrees that the reservation you make will be subject to the following:

Activity Reservation

If you wish to book an activity such as a room, program, excursion, or other service, you must carefully read, understand, and accept the conditions of each activity offered by Lili Patagonicos. Information can be found in the details of each activity on our website and in our office.

When you make a reservation, you must specify the date, time, and number of people who will participate in the reservation or activity. After this, the purchase process will begin through the payment method you have selected.

Lili Patagonicos provides automatic confirmation as well as through executives; our activities are subject to confirmation (based on availability). In both types of channels, you will reserve by paying online the advance or total indicated for the activity. Once the reservation of the activity itinerary is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of it, along with a confirmation voucher, which will have the details of the reserved service, the details of your payments made and pending.

If the reservation of an activity cannot be confirmed due to non-availability, a refund (excluding any bank fees charged to you, for which we are not responsible) will be made via bank transfer or by reversing the charge, depending on the payment method used to make the service reservation, within a maximum of 96 business hours.

The main client of the reservation must arrive at the destination where the activity will take place with the voucher that confirms their reservation, which can be presented in digital format on their mobile phone or printed (digital is recommended). In case there is a balance to be paid, it must be paid directly in our office or via transfer.

Payment Methods

For the reservation services offered on our website, the user must make an online payment using a debit card, bank transfer, or credit card. In the event that the customer experiences any error in the transaction made through these payment methods, Lili Patagonicos commits to taking the necessary actions with the responsible parties to help the customer resolve the issues.

Contracting Conditions

The minimum age to make purchases through our website is 18 years old; however, an adult may make reservations that include underage passengers, taking into consideration the minimum ages required for each activity on the site.

Purchase Cancellation

The customer shall have the right to withdraw at any time, provided that the request is made in accordance with the respective cancellation and rescheduling policy of the activity, which can be accessed in its description on our website.

In accordance with Article 3 bis, paragraph b) of Law No. 19,496, Lili Patagonicos expressly states that, as a company policy, no changes or refunds will be made in situations that do not comply with the respective cancellation and rescheduling policy of each activity.

Various reasons may arise for a customer to cancel or wish to withdraw from a purchase. If the cancellation is made within the deadlines stipulated in the cancellation policy of the corresponding activity, Lili Patagonicos will refund the total payment made to reserve.

All cancellation requests must be made exclusively by email to Requests made through other means will not be considered.

Lili Patagonicos may cancel a reservation due to its own reasons or force majeure. In such cases, Lili Patagonicos will contact the user via email or phone call to notify the cancellation and reschedule the booking, or cancel it definitively.

If a refund is appropriate, it will be made via bank transfer or reversal of the charge, depending on the payment method used for the service reservation, within a maximum period of 96 hours.

Domicile and Problem Resolution

For the purposes of this service contract, the domicile is established in the city of Puerto Natales, Magallanes Region, Chile. Any difficulties that may arise between the parties regarding the application, interpretation, performance, non-performance, validity, or resolution of this contract will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of Justice of the commune of Puerto Natales, Magallanes Region, Chile.
